"We are all wanderers" automaton necklace

sterling and fine silver, 14k, 18k, 24k, brass, peridot, rhodolite garnet, natural orange chalcedony, gem silica, tourmaline

I made this automaton necklace when my son went away to college, an empty nest piece. The ringmaster either greets you or waves farewell--just as my son and I are saying farewell to his childhood while at the same time the wider world is welcoming him.
