Are you looking for a combination of those materials or casting grain for each one? To my knowledge no supplier of jewelry materials has certified their base metals, such as copper and zinc (basic components of brass) for recycled content. Those certifications have only been sought out for silver, gold, platinum and palladium. If you have a business license, Hoover and Strong is a good source. If you don't have a business license you can order from Rio Grande - consider calling Rio Grande for specific recycling information on their metals, you might find that they have what you are looking for.
No matter what, always ask your supplier for what you want / expect, that's the only way that the industry will continue to change.
All the best and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know what you discover.
