Hello Laura,

For the design process I used Rhino to develop the lattice elements and a two part mold for the silicone connections. Once the digital information is set it was exported to a 5-axis mill to cut the molds and a Zcorp 3D printer for the lattice sections.
Materials are Gypsum/Epoxy/Silicone.
