Thank you so much James!  The oak trees have great meaning in my life path... and I adore the symmetry of the acorn and it's varied symbolic meaning, for various cultures and people.  My favorite  is "potentiality"...

The acorn cap is modeled after the tiny acorns produced by Live Oak trees... yet I grew up surrounded by White Oaks in WI... the "seed" is soldered into the cap when using a hard stone (petrified wood, carnelian, garnet, etc)... Akoya pearls require a curl to the bottom wire point, until a laser magically appears - lol!

That's really beautiful, Jennifer. Happens acorns have special significance for my partner and me. I particularly like to see them with the leaf. Well-observed white oak leaf there!
