Copper, Steel, Brass, Velvet, Thread; Velvet Lined.
10” X 10” X 8”

A medium dog collar made in reference to historical dog collars during the 18th and 19th Centuries in Europe. During this time dogs were becoming status symbols among humans, graduating from tools to companions. This collar acknowledges a transition from lesser value materials to more precious stones in the history of dog adornment.
