Post consumer means that is taken from the waste stream of our society after the product inside the package is consumed.

An adorable zinnia style flower in tan, butter yellow, dark red, orange to flesh tones. Each layers is carefully cut and assembled for the perfect combination of color and pattern at 2 ¾” diameter.
