This photo shows the final stage of the assembly.
A wooden frame (something like a rigid loom) was build so the the strings would all be the same length. This rigid frame used all the space in my living room. Thank goodness it was temporary.
A yardstick is at the bottom of each stanine to keep the bottom firm. (This is at the far top of this photo and not visible.)
Alyssa Endo is working at the top of the stanine threading each line of monofilament.
I am currently looking for an exhibition space.
