DMLS Rapid Manufacturing with cobalt chromium. This piece slips around the neck. It's super light and has no problem holding on. Check the detail to see the changing profile. You can't do that with extrusion methods. Good luck trying to cast it as well. (cast metal doesn't flex much... don't you know)
