Describe your media/materials you work with
jewelry, metals, My jewelry is a synthesis of my design training at RIT and interest in the decorative arts combined with classic goldsmithing methods using traditional fine jewelry materials. I am always inspired by the infinite forms and colors found in the natural world. I am an amateur botanical painter and love to garden. The creative process never gets old. I find that the more I know reveals even more to learn.

I like to use color in my jewelry any way I can get it from real stones and pearls. I use 18k gold, silver and platinum.

Call for artists....

"Behind the Brooch"

I have always thought that the back of a jewelry piece is as important as the front. If you feel the same way, consider sending images of the front and backside of your brooches to Lorena Angulo asap. Lorena is looking for images to place in a future crafthaus online exhibition!
