BALLROOM: A novel is set in 1999 in New York City about people whose lives revolve around the rhythms of a soon-to-be-demolished ballroom. Each believes that something special is waiting.

"BALLROOM," my debut novel has just been purchased by Harper (HarperCollins) for publication. (Represented by The Marly Rusoff Literary Agency)

"BALLROOM" was inspired by my love for amateur ballroom dancing and Argentine tango. It began as an artist book (above) that I made while at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts with five character vignettes. The novel was written to the pulsating rhythms of The Gotan Project.
