I need a few existing SNAG members who know me and my studio to offer a recommendation for me to serve in SNAG. If you are willing please send me a message.  Thanks.

I suggest to get involved as a volunteer in a variety of committees and activities first. That will not only be fun for you but it will also help you gain insight into SNAG and expose you to a ton of people. That's usually the best first step into a non-profit.

I suggest you get in contact with the Volunteer coordinator at SNAG and discuss your interests. http://www.snagmetalsmith.org/get-involved/volunteer/
