"Those were great articles. I didn't know writers got the same thing jewelry artists do all the time. If you know how to sew, someone always wants you to sew for them for free. If you have a pick-up, you get to move people all the time for free.…"
"I don't know about the rest of the members, but as far as being proficient, I am just faking. I think if after you have it put together, and you realize something needs a little fine tune, a very small burr on the flex shaft may help. Get a…"
"I have never done this type of work, may I ask why you didn't file/clean the inside edges of the top ring before soldering to the bottom ring? Or, maybe there is another step in the process I don't know about. Or, maybe it is, it just…"
"A few days ago the local TV station interviewed the owner of a local shop. All the owner could talk about is how cheap her merchandise was, and the coming weekend, would be even cheaper. And, I would bet she had record crowds. It was loud bling…"
"I am jumping into this discussion a bit late, and responding to bits and pieces. White tents, Karaoke, and craft vs the other.
I live between Louisville KY and southern Indiana, a very populated place, yet 20 years behind the rest of the planet,…"
"This necklace will be part of a group of 73 pieces of art made from trash, in Ojai CA USA.
Ojai is having a film festival at the same time, so the community decided to have a city wide show of art made from re-cycled materials. "
Ooooo! Nummy! I'm still on the photo part of the submission. A friend who wants to get into this type of work is trying, but the results aren't spectacular yet, except for one. Plus, I'm holding out 'til this weekend as I'm determined to come up with yet another couple of pieces that I can choose from.
You are right about VDV . . . I'll be over the top with just one piece in that show!
Welcome to crafthaus, the network for fine craft artists and those who support them! I am very glad you joined us! Your crafthaus membership is valid through Feb 15, 2013.
Please look around and add your thoughts to the groups, blogs and discussions. Crafthaus is a participatory sport!
Please note that ALL images sent to the website editor are vetted to assure a measure of overall quality control. Unlike other image sharing websites, crafthaus is not a "free-for-all". Our members present their work in front of an educated and critical audience (their peers,) so the photos have to be GREAT. Our goal is to show our members' work in the best possible light. From the many images received daily, we aim to post as many as possible. Crafthaus heartily encourages comments from the membership, however, with regard to photos posted or not, we have a strict "NO WHINING" policy in effect! :-)
If there are ever any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me via email@example.com anytime, I will do my best to be of help.
I hope you will enjoy being with this network, and will find the exchanges interesting and fun.

Share the secret: how to enjoy Christmas shopping
Hi Fellow craft business
Yes, Christmas is nearly here, but we know that many people haven't done their Christmas shopping yet, and, perhaps more importantly, many won't be looking…"

They also weren’t real discussions either, as in: a respectful exchange of opinions where one side hears the other out. It was more of a mud-slinging contest…See More
