Fiona Rainford - Continuity

Felting is something that is usually identified with clothing. The work of Fiona Rainford is created to be observed. A good portion of what she makes is done in groupings. They show both bold and subtle transitions as well as beautiful continuity in pattern and color. As observers, we found Rainford’s work to be a very open, ongoing study in pushing variations of a design concept. It served as a nice creative jumpstart for the week.
