This video documents the making of a silver necklace inspired by Mozart's "The Magic Flute". The green and purple material is wax, which is then cast (using the lost wax casting process) into silver. This necklace is made up of 50 cast parts and 7 tube set diamonds. This necklace is the first in a series of pieces inspired by the opera. Coming soon: Turandot, Isolde & the Queen of Spades!
