A five-day workshop will be looking at lesser-known metalsmithing techniques. The workshop aims to introduce the participants to techniques they may not have tried before, as well as new ways of doing more traditional techniques. This workshop is intended for practicing jewelers of any level, either “hobbyist” or professional, who wish to expand their repertoire of techniques or who are looking to find new ways of working within their existing practice. Participants should bring along examples of their existing work and be prepared to discuss these with the group. This set of workshops concentrates on the production of samples, rather than finished works.
