You guys are having too much fun! What is a constant source of delight for me, after working with metal clay since 1996 (omigod), is the exponential increase in the quality of the work being made. Can't wait to see what you have amassed for this project (I think 'project' is too tame a word for it....perhaps EVENT!).

Hey!  Christine and I are sitting at Starbucks in Washington D.C. going over the submissions we've received so far and working on how the catalog is going to be laid out.  There is some amazing work that has been submitted with more to come! 

Christine has really been working hard since she is the one who has organized all the submissions. Not an easy job!

Remember the deadline is Tuesday at midnight!

Hi everyone -

Pesky Christine here...just wanted to remind you that the deadline is LOOMING...next Tuesday at midnight!  That is only 4 days away.  We have had super response so far but there are a bunch of you I haven't heard from yet....I know y'all are cooking up something special!

Just a warning - nearly everyone has had to rework some aspect of their submission so get them in as early as you can!

Thanks - let me know if you have any questions...I'm here for YOU!  Susan and I are getting together tomorrow morning to discuss Phase Two of this project - the jurying and catalog - we are SO excited!

Hey everyone - I am checking the e-mail box a couple of times per day and will let you know that I received your files A-OK!  :-)  For those using wetransfer.com - it works like a dream.  A few people with particularly large files have used it with much success.

 

We're rockin' now...keep those submissions coming in...the work submitted has been AMAZING!!  Y'all are going to SQUEE when you see it all put together!
