The Unwanted Engagement Ring is to be viewed as a torture device. The Unwanted Engagement Ring is a ring that you don’t want to put on. But in the case of some engagements, people say yes because they feel it is the right thing to do. The ring not only will hurt the wearer going on, but it will be more painful coming off. The spikes on the inside of the ring will tear the flesh of the woman that wears it. When the ring is put on the finger, the spikes will dig into the flesh and be a reminder that saying yes was a mistake. While the ring sits on the finger, the spikes will puncture the skin that it sits on. The finger can’t move, the woman will wear the ring and look at it and feel its discomfort and want nothing more than to take it off. When she finally decides how agonizing being engaged is and is ready to take the ring off, the ring will tear the fleshy tissue even more than when she put it on. Each spike will scrape flesh off as it is forced off of the finger. When the ring is finally off, it will leave behind wounds. When the rings former owner looks down at her ring finger, those wounds will be a souvenir of what was once there and the anguish that was caused by her Unwanted Engagement.

Well written statement. I like the concept that it would be more painful coming off than going on, it evokes some powerful thoughts
Nice.
