Ancient Art in AZ

I recently visited Canyon de Chelly in Northeastern Arizona to get re-connected to the spiritual vibes and visual inspirations that come from the area. We camped in a Navajo owned private campground called "Spider Rock Campground". Howard, the owner, plays Native flute music every morning to start the day. He rents tent and RV sites but also has primitive hogans for rent as well. And if you like to seek inner peace through traditional ceremonies, Howard has two Sweat Lodges. News From Arizona Artist

Hello! I am new to Crafthaus...haven't really got my act/shop together much yet. BUT IT WILL HAPPEN! Currently I am in a remote part of Arizona and am focusing on promoting my art via my blog . I spend most of my time doing pointillism paintings, both portraits and landscapes. Currently, I'm working on a large painting of blackbirds. They are everywhere here! Please feel free to give me feedback and suggestions as a new member of Cr… Continue

Dear Denise:

Welcome to crafthaus, the network for artists, craftsmen/women ! I am very glad you joined us !

Please add thoughts to the blogs and discussion forums that are already posted. Of course, if there is something else you'd much rather talk about, please add that to the site so that the rest of us can chime in.

I really hope you will enjoy being with this network and find the exchanges interesting and fun. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it, for sure.

Please note that crafthaus is a fully member-financed website, meaning that a small annual fee is involved in being a member . You will find all the necessary information on how to go about this in the FAQs section of the site. Your membership fee is due May 15 and is payable through paypal (preferred,) check or credit card.

Finally, if there are ever any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me anytime. I will do my best to be of help.

Again: Welcome and enjoy !
