Hi John,

I just found out today that you are running.  That is wonderful.  I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy you and your wife's work.  When I heard that you might be running, I did some research.  Just beautiful!! Warmly, Renee

Thanks to all of you! I'm not sure that I've found the exact exhibit you mentioned, but I did find this one:

Perhaps the show you saw originated at the Museum of Medieval Torture in Italy? great stuff!

I'm dreaming of venetian finger screws! All of this has led to some new, different pieces about Abu Graib, as well, so double thanks!

I'm relatively new to Crafthaus. I think it's a great forum for artist and craftspeople to communicate. There's a tempest brewing in the nation and the world and all our lives are in for ride. Doing what we all do was trying enough before George W., now more than ever I hope to have company with this membership to weather this storm. YOU seem to be in the vanguard of several of these blogs. I appreciate your writings and thoughts. Thank you for your gentle feedback to me on the mortar and brick blog.

You are welcome. I like thinking about these things. I could have gone on and on, but I am hoping that someone else will reply continue the dialogue. I secretly hope that I have ruffled some feathers...

Hi!
beautiful work--I especially like the gold woven bracelet.

If I can ask, how did you get an etsy mini on your page? I searched for etsy in applications but nothing came up.
