We actually did visit that exhibit on torture devices. Its a traveling exhibition and a real minder-binder. The collection is extraordinarily complete and authentic, making viewing particularly uncomfortable knowing that this stuff was actually used on someone. The sheer volume and range of implements is a testament to the perversity that some humans are willing to engage in. All of the standard mechanizations are represented, as well as many, many other devices that are well beyond most people's imaginations. All in all, a very powerful show. Highly recommended if it comes to a city near you.
